Validate Problem Severity

  • Frequency: How often does this problem occur? Daily? Weekly? Per project?
  • Impact: What's the cost when it occurs? (time wasted, money lost, opportunity cost)
  • Urgency: How badly do users need a solution? Nice-to-have or must-have?
  • Current workarounds: What are people doing today? How painful are those solutions?

Design Your Solution

Solution Architecture

Define how AI solves the problem:

  • Input:What data/information does the user provide? (text, images, files, API connections)
  • AI Processing:What AI tasks are performed? (classification, generation, prediction, extraction, transformation)
  • Output:What does the user receive? (generated content, insights, recommendations, automated actions)
  • Feedback Loop:How does the system improve? (user corrections, ratings, implicit signals)
