SmartSniff: Freeware Packet Sniffer – Capture TCP/IP packets on your network adapter

here is a neat little application that is free and lets you view what is going out and coming in through your network card.  I used this to debug a a web service call to look at the XML request going out and see what is wrong.  Not bad.
